I work from my home studio in Dumfries and Galloway with occasional forays to Edinburgh Printmakers Workshop. My involvement in printmaking goes back to early childhood as my father studied printmaking at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in the late 1960’s and early 70’s. I have been fortunate to inherit my father’s cast iron relief press, book press and Adana Typography press. I can remember as a child being allowed to “ride” on the inking shelf of the relief press when he was printmaking. I also have my own etching press and screen printing press. The pictures and short film clips in this section of my portfolio give some idea of my working practice.
